1. Love Your Life For The Ones You Love: No matter what you think, there are people out there that love you and care. They want to see you succeed. Picture their faces, imagine their happiness. Believe in them and believe in yourself. Make your life an amazing one not only for you, but for the ones you love!
2. Love Your Life For Everything You Already Have: We all have so many reasons to be happy for and we often take things for granted. Being a person of Gratitude has the power to change your life. Instead of feeling bad for yourself for what you don't have, be happy for what you do have, and you ability to achieve more!
3. Love Your Life For The Friends You Have: You have loving people who care about you, whether you realize it or not, you do. Sometimes we need to take a step back and look at all the people who care, and realize they want to see us succeed!
4. Love Your Life For All The Journeys You've Had And Are To Come: Life is full of journeys, and in my opinion the more we take the better! Cherish those special times you will never forget. For example going on those vacations with your family or friends. I will never forget the time I spent going to Bermuda last summer on a cruise with my friends. Those were some of the happiest days of my life so far, with many more to come!
5. Love Life For Your Ability To Help Others: I believe everyone is on this earth for a reason. We all have specific skills and abilities that can help make the world a better place. Love your life for having these abilities and don't be scared to use them and develop them, your an integral part to the worlds success!
6. Love Your Life For Tomorrows Sunsets and Sunrises: Tomorrow is another day! Forget the trials and tribulations of today and move forward strongly. We never can be sure what the next day will bring, and that is a blessing in itself. Move forward bravely in the direction of your dreams, and cherish the moments along the way.
7. Love Your Life For The Health You Have: We often take our health for granted. Love the fact that you are here and able to read this. No matter what your current state of health is, if you are reading this you still have the ability to impact others and make a difference.
8. Love Your Life For Having An Unknown Future: If we all knew what the future held, life would no longer be interesting. Push yourself each and every day to accomplish your goals and dreams and make them become a reality.
9. Love Yourself For Everything You Have Accomplished: Many people tend to cut themselves short. You have accomplished much in life whether you realize it or not. Take some time to sit back and evaluate what you have done. I am sure you will be surprised and will realize you've accomplished more than you thought you had.
10. Love Your Life For Every Second You Have: This is our life, and all we can know for certain, is that this is all we have, all religions aside. We can either make the most out of this life, or not. The choice is up to you. This list of reasons to love life can virtually be limitless. Make the most out of your life and help do the same for others as well.

Seven Ways To Access Your Inner Cheerleader
Seven Ways To Access Your Inner Cheerleader
By Monica Ramirez Basco, PhD
One way to stave off the urge to procrastinate is to call motivating thoughts to mind early, before you have to panic. Think of some inspiring phrases or statements, write them on sticky notes, and put them in places where you are likely to go to procrastinate, such as on your TV or video game unit.
The idea is to activate your inner butt-kicker before your situation reaches a crisis level.
- Has there ever been a time when others had doubt but you had faith? What words of encouragement would you have offered at that time? ("You can do it!" "Don't give up.")
- Try to remember a painful time that you thought would never end. Find a word or two that describes how it felt when it was over. ("Victorious." "I'm a survivor.")
- Call to mind one hardship that you have been through in the past. Think of a word or two that describe what you did to get through it. ("Fought," "Hung in there.")
- When was the last time you felt a sense of accomplishment? Pick a word or two to describe how that felt. ("Relief," "Peaceful," "Successful.")
- Think of a positive and self-affirming phrase that you believe when you are in good spirits. ("I'm smart and capable." "I can handle it.")
- Name one or two things about yourself that make you think you can ultimately succeed. ("I don't easily give up." "I can usually figure things out.")
- Create in your mind a slogan that could cheer you on when you are feeling discouraged. ("Go for it and be victorious." "You can make it happen!")

Will Money Make You Happy?
One of the most damaging beliefs that we often fall prey to is: "I'll be happy when I'm rich"
Why? Because it is that very thought that is keeping you "stuck" where you are currently. There are many other variations on this belief such as:
I'll be happy when I have that new car.
I'll be happy when I have my dream home.
I'll be happy when I find my soul mate.
I'll be happy when my health is perfect.
I'll be happy when I'm at my ideal weight.
The "I'll be happy when..." belief is one of the biggest lies out there and it is constantly being perpetuated by the media, TV commercials, and all forms of marketing.
If you were happy now you would still buy stuff... just not the stuff "they" want you to buy.
It's a big lie.
How can you be happy now?
Start where you are right now...and search for the next "better feeling" thought.
A great way to do this is with a gratitude list. Sit down for a moment and write down (or do a mental checklist) of 5 things you are grateful for right now. It could be absolutely anything. The sunshine, the rain, the roof over your head, the computer you are reading this on, the last meal you ate...anything!
What ever you do...do not defer happiness. The more you do that the better you get at it.
Subsequently, the more you search for better feeling thoughts the better you get at being happy now.
Your happiness is not determined by anything outside of you.
You are not broken. Your happiness is not dependent on you getting fixed or sorted out...it is dependent upon you making a decision to search for the next best feeling thought and making that transition to being happy now.
The better you get at feeling happy, the better you get at attracting all the things into your life that you want.
Be all in favor of the things that you love that money helps you get and enjoy those things and be appreciative of the money... AND know that your happiness is not dependent on it.
Remember, the "I'll be happy when..." belief is a lie.
You can choose to be happy now...and attract all the things you want.
Anything you can do well now, you can do better with happiness.

Dealing With Toxic People
"You can either give negativity power over your life or you can choose happiness instead." -Anais Nin
We meet thousands of people here on this earth. They will enter your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. Some we connect with right away and some we will never bond with. Some are funny and kind and easy to be around and others are mean and nasty and are clearly miserable in life.
But the ones that most negatively impact your life are "toxic people". They come in all different shapes and sizes, come from all different walks of life and you can spot them a mile away. They typically hate their life and worst of all they secretly hate themselves.
They are filled with resentments, anger, fear, heartache, bitterness and it seeps through their pores. It is sad to watch and painful to be around.
Toxic people fling insults at others, make condescending comments and then act like they didn't. I believe most aren't even aware of the way they come across. They seem to be hell bent on making you as miserable as them.
And the worst is if you are married to someone who is toxic. It affects your mental well being because you really can't get away from the darkness that surrounds this person.
Dealing with toxic people is like walking a tight rope. You always have to watch what you say because they get very defensive. They don't think anyone likes them (and you wonder why) and nothing seems to make them happy. They drag you down and it's exhausting trying to make them happy, because the reality is that nothing is going to make an unhappy person happy.
They literally suck the joy out of life and they will suck the joy out of your life if you allow them to.
So how do you deal with someone that is affecting your life in a negative way? What do you do?
First you should be thankful that it isn't you! And, I say that with sincerity because the statement; "There for the grace of God go I" is the truth.
I don't believe people who are negative set out to be that way. I believe that a set of circumstances, combined with a limiting belief system; a so called "perfect storm" came together to create this depression. And then, it permeates all areas of their life.
I don't believe they want to be like this and some aren't aware that they are. But, when you bore the brunt of someone's blind negativism, you have to make some choices. You either have to cut bait or hang in for the long haul.
In this day and time we all have enough stresses in our lives and no one needs additional contention added into the mix, particularly one that can be eliminated. Depending on your situation will obviously determine your choice.
I think it's important for you to voice your concerns about how this person is affecting your life and if it falls on deaf ears, you have your answer.
There are times you may not be in a position to voice your opinion, say, if it is a boss or someone who is unapproachable, in which case I would do whatever necessary to remove myself from the situation, even if it means changing jobs.
If you are in a position to, I would avoid contact with them at all costs because unless this person has an epiphany they aren't going to change. And continually setting yourself in their path will only bring you more grief and frustration.
I have a friend whose ex is hell bent on making her life miserable. Every chance he gets he puts her down, takes his anger out on their daughter and creates stress and misery for her. And he thinks he's a great guy!
The anger and bitterness he carries around with him is apparent in all of his words and actions. And get this; he's the one who left her!!! So what does he have to be bitter about? The reality is that it's just who he is; a mean and selfish person.
So, the only thing she can do is avoid contact with him as much as possible and know that his vengeance has nothing to do with her and everything to do with who he is.
You can't make a toxic person experience joy or bring them happiness; it has to come from within. And, as I said before, when you don't like yourself or your life, remember, that is the foundation from which they start each day.
If you are in the path of someone who brings you down, who is never happy and doesn't enhance your life, why stay?I am all for giving people second chances but you can't help people who won't even acknowledge the truth.
I recently had an encounter where I brought to someone's attention their seeming resentment. They had actually pushed me when they were drunk one night at a business function and not only did they not own up to it and take responsibility for their actions, incredibly they tried to flip it and say it was the other way around!!!
Now seriously how do you deal with someone who can't even tell themselves the truth or at least own the truth, not to mention apologize for their actions?
So why would you continue to want to be around someone like that? It's not your fault they aren't honest, but these kind of people will try to put the blame on you instead of dealing with their demons. We all have to eventually face our demons or else have them control our life.
When people can't accept themselves for who they are or can't be honest with themselves about who they are it causes them and those around them a great deal of conflict.
You can try to help toxic people but unless they are willing to help themselves and dig deep down and remove what is poisoning them, no amount of trying is going to help them out.
What you can do is pray for them. Pray that they find a way out of their darkness and tap into the joy, love and laughter that is so close if they only let go of the negativity, but yet so far away if they refuse to see the truth.
Pray that they see their way to a better place where they can begin to enjoy life the way God/Allah/Your Higher Power intended us to. And most importantly of all, don't judge them; bless them and release them because perhaps it's all they know.

Top 10 BEST Things About Having a Spiritual Coach
Top 10 BEST Things About Having a Spiritual Coach
Obviously, there are many wonderful things about having a personal coach to support and encourage you. Everyone develops their own working relationship with their coach, and each situation is unique. So, with lots of respect for all of the many things you may find valuable about having a coach, here are the Top 10 things clients have said to me:
1. You get personal time to focus on YOUR concerns and priorities every month. It is a wonderful thing to have a personal, private, intimate, and challenging conversation focused exclusively on helping you move forward with confidence. How often do you get the support you need to be your BEST?
2. Having a coach challenges you to play harder. Having a coach focuses your attention; it clarifies your goals and encourages you to aim higher. Your coach is your biggest cheerleader—and at times the person you love to hate the most!
3. You become more productive. You become more efficient, more effective, more results-oriented. Many clients work less and accomplish far more in less time, with less effort, and with fewer false-starts.
4. You become more honest about what you REALLY want. Do you want the promotion or more time off? Do you want more money, more prestige, or more time to work on your novel, build your boat, or be with your family? Telling the truth (to yourself and to your coach) makes life much easier.
5. You have fewer frustrations. A coach will challenge you to eliminate the distractions, the frustrations, irritations, and annoyances of life. They waste your time and energy, and they hold you back. Eliminate them!
6. You’ll likely have MORE money when you invest in a great coach. How? You’ll simplify your life, take control of your finances, and live, work, and spend smarter. You’ll make fewer impulse purchases, have fewer unexpected bills, and stay on your budget—effortlessly! And, since you’re more productive, you may even start earning more!
7. You’ll clarify your values and live with greater integrity. You’ll discover what’s really important to you and devise a strategy for having more of it in your life. Caution: This may result in major changes!
8. Your relationships will improve. You’ll speak with greater clarity, more confidence, and more power. You’ll expect a higher level of intimacy, honesty, and respect from those around you. And, you’ll set boundaries so that your needs are met, while honoring the needs and boundaries of others.
9. You’ll set much higher, larger, and more astonishing goals! You’ll simply aim higher and live larger. The daily grind will no longer be enough, and you’ll expect and pursue a life that is satisfying, fulfilling, and challenging. You’ll understand that you CAN have it all—that in fact, having it all is just the beginning!
10. Life will be easier and richer. Expect that, with a personal coach, your quality of life will be transformed. You’ll get up earlier, stay up later, work harder, play more, and do it all with a level of relaxed enthusiasm that is rare for adults. Kids know about it, but most adults have forgotten what it means to live and work with PASSION! Your coach will remind you!
